Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a custom order or a pre-order This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

At LSJ Apparel, every custom order is made specifically for you. Because custom products are personalized and created to your unique specifications, we ask that you carefully review your order before submitting it.

Order Cancellations

Custom orders may be canceled only before design approval and before production has begun.

Once your design has been approved and production has started, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

Design Approval

Before production begins, you will have the opportunity to review and approve your design, including:

  • Artwork and layout
  • Colors
  • Spelling and wording
  • Personalization details
  • Product selection and sizing

Your approval authorizes LSJ Apparel to begin production.

Changes to Your Order

If you need to make changes to your custom order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Changes can only be accommodated before final design approval and before production begins. Once production has started, no modifications can be made.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The reason for the cancellation

If your order has not entered production, we will cancel it and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Non-Cancelable Orders

Orders cannot be canceled once:

  • The design has been approved.
  • Production has begun.
  • The item has been personalized or customized.
  • Materials have been specially ordered for your project.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
